Eastern Europe Partnership Event

On behalf of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova; the European Commission Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology; and GÉANT, RENAM is pleased to invite you to the Eastern Partnership Event on e-Infrastructures that will take place on 11-12 December 2012 in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.

This event is being held under the auspices of the of the Eastern Partnership Platform 4 ‘Contacts between People’ and aims to improve e-infrastructures in the partner countries of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine by providing an opportunity for relevant stakeholders to meet with policy makers in order to raise awareness of the importance of e-Infrastructures for researchers and students. The event will bring policy makers and civil servants from relevant government ministries and agencies together with representatives of international stakeholders and managers of National Research and Education Networks. There will also be focus on the needs of large-scale research activities, and the importance of these in enabling scientific, economic and social development.

The Eastern Partnership Event on e-Infrastructures will be held at the*Academy of Sciences of Moldova at 1 Stefan cel Mare Boulevard, Chisinau 2001, Republic of Moldova*.
