Researchers Night 2013 - simultaneous event in more than 300 European cities

Researchers Night 2013 takes place under the aegis of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, Center of International Projects and Logistic Agency "Age Quod Agis" with the participation of research and higher education organisations. The project is supported by the 7th Framework Programme of the European Union for Research and Technological Development (FP7).

Researchers will be present at Researchers Night in Chisinau, an event that celebrates science and takes place on the 27-th of September, simultaneously, in more than 300 European cities. All the activities will be launched starting with 4 P.M.

Just for an evening, the science will escape from labs into the square of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova (1 Stefan cel Mare, Ave), where pre-school children, youth and adults will have the opportunity to participate actively in performing spectacular and entertaining experiments, witnessing the emergence of new products obtained from recycled materials and discuss with all participants, regardless their scientific training, giving, thus, an impetus to young people to pursue a scientific career.

Researchers Night, organized under the MORE4U project, a brand-new event for the Republic of Moldova, reperesents one of the most outstanding initiative of the european Union, gathering scientists and the public with common interests, trying to merge their knowledge in various fields in a warm and hilarious way.
